Like that special something in a secret recipe, Ericka is Resolution’s secret ingredient. With her permanent smile, she interfaces with Resolution’s clients at the earliest point of contact to assure that their experience is always pleasant and inviting. In addition to her work at Resolution, Ericka loves gardening; in fact, she and her husband own a local florist called J&J Gift & Floral Shop.
